With our GCSE tutors you are in good hands. They are willing to travel to your house and teach your child until he reaches the desired level. They are all educated to degree level, confident and experienced with the GCSE exams.
Starting the GCSE maths tuition
On the first session booked , the tutor is going to asses the student and estimate his level and his learning style. After that, on the next step, the tutor will be able to start fill in the gaps and practice on the areas where the student is not confident or confused.
There are five main examination boards offering GCSE exams in the UK:
- Assessment and Qualifications Alliance (AQA)
- Oxford, Cambridge and RSA Examinations (OCR)
- Welsh Joint Education Committee (WJEC)
- Council for the Curriculum, Examinations & Assessment (CCEA)
We believe that all examination boards have a similar level of complexity.
GCSE maths tuition progress
Our tutors only use past papers after filling in the gaps of the student. Before that, the tuition will be designed for particular maths lessons explained in detail and with a vast amount of practice exercises and homework.
The parent will be presented with a report (written or verbal) by the tutor regarding the student’s progress
